Michael Sweeney
As president of Comey & Shepherd Real Estate’s City Office, Michael Sweeney is one of the architects of Southwest Ohio’s urban renaissance. Michael launched City Talk Radio to provide an informative vehicle for area residents to learn about and discuss our region’s progress.
As a master of strategic partnership, Michael brought City Talk Radio to Clearchannel’s 550 WKRC. This alliance combines the best of Talk Radio with the area’s most popular grass-roots program.
In addition to his work at Comey & Shepherd and City Talk Radio, Michael continues to give his free time to numerous community and charitable activities; including the Over-the-Rhine Foundation, the Cincinnati Fire Museum, and the Urban Real-Estate Council.

Tom Hodges
As President of The Hodges Law Group LLC, Tom assists individuals and small businesses facing complex legal issues. In addition to his work as an attorney, Tom serves as CEO of JAH Records, an emerging music production company out of New York City.
After attending Dixie Heights High School and Georgetown College, Tom received graduate degrees from the University of Kentucky and the University of Cincinnati. And in his free time, Tom volunteers for numerous community and charitable initiatives; including CincyStreetCar.com, Mayor Mallory’s YPKC, and Over-the-Rhine’s Second Sunday on Main festival.
